endota, a well known and loved wellness brand, operates a diverse wellbeing product and services business. They recognised the increasing importance of technology and digital capability to enable and differentiate their offering in the market and meet future growth aspirations.
Imagine the future vision and strategic outcomes
Engaging with the Executive team CharterX established an understanding of endota’s current technology landscape and key areas that needed to be improved and extended to enable the future business vision.
Architect to provide core capabilities and improve agility
We proposed a target architecture framework to position the existing technology assets and capabilities and to identify areas to provide increased agility and to establish core capabilities. An updated operating model was defined for endota’s technology and digital area which, along with the target architecture definition, provided context for the recruitment of a new Head of Technology which CharterX assisted with.
Realise through an action plan and roadmap
A key part of building endota’s transition plan was to manage existing assets and capability while progressively adding new capability over time. The priority areas identified centred around the initiatives focusing on improving customer experiences to create a consistent “outside-in” experience for all customers; improving access to whole of business data to drive business insights; simplifying employee collaboration tools; and improving efficiencies in core operational systems.
